而小熊隊拿到世界大賽冠軍後，也決定要把Wrigley Field球場外的磚牆重新刷洗，因為他們自1908年後就沒再拿過世界大賽冠軍，球迷都會拿粉筆在牆外寫下祝福與許願的話，甚至有球迷把阿嬤的照片放上去，形成當地特殊景觀。
